We would like to introduce our company.
Africa Spirit, born in 2016 from twenty years’ experience of Mr. Carmelo Reitano, owner of Karafuu Beach Resort & Spa Zanzibar, and Mr. Andrea Grande, designer specialized in luxury residential and hotel construction in Italy and abroad, in order to provide to our client a complete package of services.
Thanks to our head office located in Italy, our offices with multilingual staff in Zanzibar and Arusha and a small fleet of owned vehicles, Africa Spirit aims to provide a complete package of services to meet your needs and those of your customers, right from their arrival at the airport.
The growth started in 2018 by twinning with the partner and sister company Sansi Hotels to create a hotel brand on the island of Zanzibar and the opening in the following years of the Filao Beach Resort, Pearl Beach Resort & Spa, The Manor House Zanzibar, Sansi Kendwa Beach Resort and Sansi Kae Beach Resort.
In 2019 we had the idea of ​​creating a small network called Africa Spirit Hotels Collection, offering clients the fantastic resorts of our preferred partners: Karafuu Beach Resort & Spa, Indigo Beach Zanzibar, Twiga Beach Resort & Spa, The Sands at Nomad and The Sands at Chale Island (the novelty of this year!).
We are also partners of Tanganyika Expeditions for the marketing and sale of safaris in the Northern Tanzania circuit. We have 9 fixed camps/lodges in exclusive areas, plus a traveling camp that normally follows the Great Migration.
We collaborate with several other partners to be able to offer a complete safari product, also including the parks of South and West Tanzania and the Saadani National Park, just a few minutes flight from Zanzibar, as well as budget safari products, designed specifically for charters to Zanzibar (including domestic flight).
